Kevin Wells has updated his application that allows RISC OS users to look up the currencies used by different countries, exchange rates between any two, and to convert between them, amongst a number of other options.
Currency now stands at version 2.02, and the main feature is that it now recognises the middle mouse button’s defined (in RISC OS) function. Clicking with the button in the both the Main and Configure windows will now bring up a menu with items relating to that window.
The program uses Wget to communicate the user’s requests to two different remote sites, depending on what those requests are – APILayer for exchange rate information, and The World Bank for country data.
